Game Day Volunteers play an important role in ensuring events run smoothly by assisting with on-court support, team needs, and venue operations.This opportunity is ideal for students, community members, and individuals seeking volunteer hours while gaining hands-on experience in live sports environments.Volunteer ResponsibilitiesVolunteer duties may include, but are not limited to:Court & Facility SupportWiping the court during breaks as neededProviding and removing balls from courts after pregame and halftime warmupsAssisting with venue set up before, during, and after gamesBench & Team SupportHelping keep benches clean and organizedLiasoning with teams prior to games and during halftimeEvent OperationsSupporting staff with general game-day tasksManage BallerTV battery maintenance by charging, rotating, and preparing backup batteriesTrack and collect all basketballs to prevent lost or misplaced ballsCoaches Room Support – Restocking food, snacks, and beveragesWho We’re Looking ForThose looking for their first experience with basketball operationsReliable, punctual, and willing to helpComfortable working in fast-paced, live event settingsTeam-oriented with a positive attitudeAdaptable and willing to learnSelf-directed and willing to take initiativeInterest in basketball or community sports is an assetAccess to reliable transportationWhat You’ll GainVerified volunteer hours for school and community serviceHands-on experience at live basketball eventsExposure to league and game operationsIf you are interested, please sign up through this link: https://northpolehoops.com/careers/volunteer/
